The whole academic process is divided into three sections namely Primary Section, Middle Section and Secondary Section

Primary Section

Covers up classes from I to V. Subjects taught for the overall growth of basic level of students without overburdening they are English, Hindi, Maths and EVS (Environmental Studies)

Middle Section

In Junior High School or Middle Section classes from VI to VIII are accommodated. Since students join this section at a certain present level and values; the number of subjects are further extended from four to six namely English, Hindi, Sanskrit, Maths, Science and Social Science. In this way their quest of knowledge is stimulated through various energizing factors and shaping for the next goal of secondary level.

Secondary Level

In Secondary Level (class IX & X) syllabus expands in a spiral fashion, hence only five subjects namely English Communicative [101] , Maths [041], Science [086], & Social Science [087] are prescribed. At his level students are able to pick up the talent view in a concrete object of discussion.

Senior Secondary Level

The Senior Secondary Level (class XI & XII) is termed as Intermediate or pre-university level. It is a transaction period. Students begin to think in abstract level method of teaching is based on univ. level ie. lecturing method.

In this group we have two streams. The first is Science Stream that covers up Maths and Biology group, taking Physics [042] and Chemistry [043] as common subject. In all these groups English is compulsory. Here we take English Core [301] as per the futuristic needs of the students. The second stream is Commerce Stream set to teach the students Accountancy [055], Business Studies [054] and Economics [030]. In all these streams Hindi [302], Physical Health Education [048], Computer Science [083] and Mathematics [041] are optional.

A student can opt for any subject as fifth subject. However, CBSE provides the students opt for Biology [044] with Mathematics [041] which is no where feasible.


Rule & Regulation

    Enrollment in St.Xavier's implies on the part of both pupils and parents a willingness to comply with all the requirements and rules of the school.The principal has the right to suspend or withdrawal of any pupil without giving any reason, provided that such a step is necessary and in the interest of the school.

    The Principal reserves the right to change any of the rules without assigning any reason with prior information.

    The interpretation of any rules in the prospectus,as well as,any amendment to it,rests solely and entirely with the governing body of the school,which shall be final and binding on parents/guardians and in no case shall lie in any coart of law in respect of their decision.
